This is the webpage of ImMunoGeneTics Database(IMGT). IMGT, the international ImMunoGeneTics project, is a collection of high-quality integrated databases specialising in Immunoglobulins, T cell receptors and the Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) and related proteins of the immune system of human and other vertebrate species. The IMGT project was established in 1989 by the Université Montpellier II and the CNRS (Montpellier, France) and works in close collaboration with the EBI. IMGT consists of sequence databases (IMGT/LIGM-DB, a comprehensive database of IG and TR from human and other vertebrates, with translation for fully annotated sequences, IMGT/MHC-DB, IMGT/PRIMER-DB), genome and structure databases (IMGT/3Dstructure-DB), Web resources (IMGT Marie-Paule page) and interactive tools. IMGT has been available on the web since July 1995. IMGT provides the biologists, researchers and clinicians with an easy to use and friendly interface. This website offers informations on EBI, EMBL and other related linkage.
